InkBoost
InkBoost is a product solely developed to enhance all water based flexographic printing processes. Below is a list of applications where InkBoost has been used and the benefits it solves when printers experience an ink system that incorporates InkBoost.
InkBoost helps produce an even ink film thickness and increases tack allowing dots to pull sharp, eliminates ghosting and wet traps, pin holing and picking, increases the printable color gamut, increases the gloss and slide angle while hot and dry rubs remain constant, lowers the surface energy of the ink allowing the ink to wet out on film, helps inks hold on to water resistant properties better, eliminates or reduces skip feed jobs. Equally dramatic is the enhanced productivity gained by being able to increase printing speeds.
